As you will now know, NZ is in alert Level 2, with Auckland in alert Level 3.
We were deemed as an “Essential Business” Providing an “Essential Service” this is expected to continue if we go further up the lockdown levels.
All items are shipped from our Christchurch Warehouse, and shipped via overnight delivery service, Auckland’s service center is however running on reduced numbers due to having to social distance amid Auckland’s Level 3. Auckland is a regional hub and from here parcels are sorted for delivery to the likes of Hamilton and other Town’s / Cities.
Because of the reduced staff in Auckland, it is likely there may be some delays in receiving your parcel in the North Island.
Now would be a good time to stock up on some supplies, we have Lube, Condoms, Toys, Lingerie all in stock in our Christchurch Warehouse ready for dispatch.
